Terms of Service

Tuggle is a focus timer and to-do app. It helps you capture tasks, run focus sessions, and stay on track, with optional voice input and AI planning features. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the app evolves.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tuggle. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you're able to enter into this agreement. If you're using Tuggle on behalf of an organization, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

Tuggle signs you in anonymously and stores your tasks, timer history, levels, and XP on your device. You're responsible for the device you use and for keeping it secure. Because this content lives on your device, removing the app or losing the device may permanently delete it, and we may not be able to recover it for you. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• use Tuggle for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms;
• attempt to interfere with, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its supporting systems;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where the law expressly permits it;
• circumvent usage limits, device-attestation checks, or other measures we use to keep the service fair and secure, or use the service through automated means or bots;
• submit content through the voice or planning features that is illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the right to submit.

The voice input and planning features rely on third-party AI providers to transcribe audio and generate task suggestions. These features are provided to assist you, and their output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your needs. You're responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any suggestions, and you shouldn't rely on them as professional advice. To keep the service sustainable, we apply daily limits to these features and may adjust those limits over time.

Tuggle is free to download, and the core features are free to use. Tuggle Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks additional features, such as expanded AI planning and voice input. Pricing and the available plans (for example, monthly and yearly) are shown in the app before you purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and the subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. Purchases are processed by Apple under its terms, including its refund and cancellation policies. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Tuggle, including the app, its design, logo, and content we provide, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own use under these terms. The content you create in Tuggle is yours; these terms don't claim any ownership of it.

Tuggle is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that it will meet your requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tuggle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You can stop using Tuggle at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or if we need to for legal, security, or operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

We may update these terms as the app evolves. When we make material changes, we'll revise the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Tuggle after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
